Abstract:
The prestressed anchor cable is widely used in geotechnical engineering reinforcement, so its anti-corrosion durability is essentially important for engineering operation safety and the variation law and mechanism of corrosion need to be further clarified. By summarizing the existing research results of anti-corrosion durability for prestressed anchor cable, the indoor accelerating test scheme design for anti-corrosion durability of prestressed anchor cable was discussed. In the indoor accelerating test, the main influential factors on corrosion were analyzed and the affecting level of different factors was proposed. The orthogonal design method was used to optimize test scheme, the size and stress distribution of test model was also optimized and verified by finite element method. Finally, the making steps of test model are introduced. The relevant results can be referred for the design of similar experiments.
