Abstract: There are a large number of reservoirs and dams in China, so the safety evaluation task is always heavy and repetitive. The evaluation level of different units is uneven, so the evaluation is not standardized, which can not meet the requirement of water conservancy informatization. Thus the development of an intelligent dam safety evaluation system in accordance with our current standards and regulations is urgent. We introduce the basic condition of a newly developed dam safety evaluation system. The software designed by B/S architecture has the advantages of intuitive user interface, simple and quick operation, which can generate safety evaluation report and calculation book. The system is the first dam safety evaluation software in China, which has significant promotion value.
