Abstract:
Being different from concrete pouring in adit,the forcing state of needle beam trolley on ramps is unbalanced , so more attentions should be paid on safety of structure. On the basis of the tunnel project crossing Yellow River in East Route Project of South-to-North Water diversion, 3D finite element theory and approach were applied to establish a finite analysis model, the stress and deformation of the trolley template and needle beam in the process of concrete pouring at inclined shaft section were obtained, and the data all meets the stiffness and strength demand. The successful application of calculation results shows that the calculation method is feasible, which has some reference for the similar projects.
