Abstract:
To reasonably implement the eco-economic zoning of Poyang Lake area, an evaluation index system consisting of four criteria such as economic development, social construction, resources safety and environmental protection is constructed; the attribute reduction of rough sets is used to filter the indexes of evaluation and the fused information entropy is adopted to calculate the importance of indicators; the catastrophe progression model is applied to calculate comprehensive quantitative values of 32 division units of Poyang Lake Zone. According to comprehensive eco-economic evaluation values of various zoning units, by using fussy cluster method, the zoning units are divided into five grades of excellent, good, medium, general and poor. The zoning results show that the research area is in an olive distribution and the zoning is reasonable, which could provide decision-making reference for the construction of national ecological civilization demonstration area and national low-carbon economical development pilot area.
