筒阀接力器位置传感器零满点标定新方法

    Study on new method for position sensor calibration of zero and full point of cylinder valve servomotor

    • 摘要: 锦屏二级水电站筒阀系统接力器位置传感器零满点标定方法存在着一些缺陷,可能会导致筒阀超级螺母报警或筒阀卡住无法动作。为此,提出了一种新的零满点标定方法,新标定方法放弃了对偏置量的调整,而在筒阀实际全开或全关位置直接进行零满点的标定。利用新方法标定的位置传感器彼此间的差异小、裕量大、同步性好,而且经受住了长期运行的检验。新标定方法对于采用类似设计的筒阀系统具有一定的借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: At present, the method for position sensor calibration of zero and full point of cylinder valve servomotor in Jinping Hydropower Station Ⅱ is defective, possibly resulting in alarm of the super nut or cylinder valve stuck. Therefore, the study for new method of zero and full point calibration was carried out. A new calibration method is introduced, in which the offset is not adjusted, and the zero and full positions are marked at fully open or fully closed positions of cylinder valve. The position sensor calibrated by the new method are characterized as less difference, bigger tolerance and better synchronous performance, and the sensors have withstand test of long-term operation and running. So it can be used as reference for the design of similar cylinder valve systems.
