Abstract:
The informatization of pumping station is one of the important aspects of water conservancy informatization, and plays a fundamental role in the dispatch and optimization of the whole water conservancy projects. To meet the demand of applying information technology in the operation, maintenance and management of pumping stations, the components of pumping station informatization system are analyzed. A bottom-to-up four-layer architecture including local measurement and control level, pumping station monitoring level, management level, and dispatch level is proposed to build the pumping station informatization system. Focusing on the core functions of computer monitoring, state monitoring of the primary devices, monitoring of the project safety, and information management, we analyze the role and functions of various application systems and apply these systems into a batch of pumping stations at Taizhou Yinjiang Canal, Qiantangjiang Irrigated Area, South-to-north Water Transfer Project, etc. and effectively improve the levels of operation, maintenance and management of the pumping stations. Furthermore, according to the practices and experiences of pumping station informatization for years, we point out the existing problems in pumping station informatization at present and the research direction in future.
