Abstract: Danjiangkou Reservoir is the water sources of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion, and the safety of its water quality is the key to the success of the project. Based on the analysis and evaluation of water quality status in the reservoir, we systematically summarize the progress of reservoir water resources protection and management work in recent years and the main existing problems at present, and give some suggestions to further strengthen the protection of water resources in the reservoir area in the next phase, ensuring “The clean water be sent to the north sustainably”.
