漫湾水电站数字化技术方案设计

    Design of digitization technical scheme for Manwan Hydropower Station

    • 摘要: 为了彻底解决传统水电站信号重复采集以及电磁干扰等方面的问题,大中型水电站应该实现全面的数字化。研究了数字化水电站应具备的3个基本特征,即一次设备智能化、二次设备网络化和通信标准化。以漫湾水电站数字化建设的系统架构为例,在该系统架构的一体化平台、自动化元件数字化等关键技术的基础上,设计出了适合于漫湾水电站的数字化建设方案。研究结果表明,在现阶段,我国大中型水电站要实现数字化在技术上完全是可行的;实施数字化改造以后,将使水电站设备运行的可靠性得到提高,并能使水电站的经济运行水平和经济效益得以明显提升。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of repeated signal acquisition and signal electromagnetic interference in traditional large and medium hydropower station, the digitization renovation should be realized. We discussed 3 basic characteristics of the digitization hydropower station: primary device intelligence, secondary equipment cyberization and communication standardization. On the basis of the study on key technologies such as integration platform and digitization of automation component, we designed the digitization solution of Manwan Hydropower Station. The research shows that the digital hydropower station is completely feasible in technology, and the digital reformation will improve the reliability of equipment, significantly enhance the economic operation level and benefits of the power plant.
