Abstract: Independent evaluation of land acquisition and immigrant resettlement for water conservancy and hydropower project construction is an important institutional innovation for strengthening immigration engineering supervision and management. To scientifically, objectively and timely evaluate the land acquisition and immigrant resettlement work, with the case of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station construction, we emphasizes on independent evaluation technical route of the project and introduce the work content, evaluation index, evaluation method and work achievement. Combining with the working practice, we summarize the independent evaluation achievement and significance, which could provide reference for independent evaluation of land acquisition and immigrant resettlement for future water conservancy and hydropower project construction.
