Abstract: Traditional monitoring and evaluating methods of large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement post support have drawbacks like numerous, widespread and discontinuous data, single analysis means. Under the national strategic background of "internet plus", we improve and innovate the traditional monitoring and evaluating methods by using internet thinking and technology, and establish a new "internet plus monitoring and evaluating" working mode. The mode performs traditional field investigation tasks through management software of PC and APPs of smart phone and organically combine on-site monitoring and evaluation with backstage management and plays an important role in saving cost, improving work efficiency and enhancing work quality. The mode can be gradually popularized and applied in future monitoring and evaluating work.
