Abstract: In view of the current terminal portability and real-time requirements for dam safety monitoring information publishing, the research on dam safety monitoring information publishing platform based on mobile terminal was conducted. Through the research and improvement of key techniques such as platform general data interface, background chart and table processing and multilevel threshold determination, and further enhancing the work platform flexibility, convenience and information sharing performance, the functions of dam safety monitoring data publishing and sharing, query and display, dam condition judgment and early warning are all realized. The users can grasp situation of dam safety situation through the mobile terminal anytime and anywhere.
