Abstract:
Construction of sponge city can effectively relieve the phenomenon of urban flood. To scientifically evaluate the construction level of sponge city, a sponge city construction evaluation index system composed of six first-grade indexes, including water ecology, water environment,water resources, water security, system construction and execution, displaying degree, and 22 secondary indexes is established and a sponge city construction evaluation model based on entropy weight and TOPSIS is proposed aiming at the strong subjectivity of common evaluation methods. The model is used to evaluate the sponge city construction effect of Hebi City, one of national pilot sponge cities, and the results show that the sponge city construction is good and the evaluation is in line with the mid-term evaluation results by National Development and Reform Commission.
