淮安市城市化水平与用水结构相关性研究

    Relativity research between urbanization level and water use structure in Huaian, Jiangsu

    • 摘要: 为探讨苏北典型城市水资源利用与城市化发展的相互关系,给城市发展规划提供参考,对江苏省淮安市2008~2014年间的城市化进程演变特征进行了研究,并运用灰色关联法分析了用水结构与城市化水平的关联性。研究结果表明:近年来,淮安市城市化水平有了较大幅度的提升,但仍有上升空间;淮安市城市化率与产业结构、用水结构的关联性最强,生产用水和工业用水对城市化水平的影响较大。淮安市应大力发展第三产业,推动第一产业剩余劳动力的转移,以提高城市化水平并以此来间接促进降耗节水。研究成果不仅可为淮安市水资源的规划和管理提供科学依据,还可为苏北乃至整个江苏省的节水型社会建设提供参考与借鉴。

       

      Abstract: To discuss the interrelationship between water resources utilization of typical city in the northern Jiangsu Province and its urbanization level and provide reference for the cities' future development planning, the evolving characteristics of urbanization in Huaian, Jiangsu between 2008 and 2014 are studied, and grey relational analysis is used to assess the relativity between water use structure and urbanization level. The results show that urbanization level is drastically improved in recent years, but growing potential still remains; urbanization rate of Huaian is highly related to industrial structure and water use structure, production water and industrial water consumption have large impacts on urbanization level. In order to improve urbanization level and promote energy-saving and water-saving practice, major efforts should be devoted to developing the tertiary industry, and transferring surplus labors from primary industry to other industries. The results can provide scientific values for water resources plan and management in Huaian, and even have reference meanings for north Jiangsu and the whole province in construction process of water-saving society.
