水平定向钻环空泥浆改良施工技术及评价——以焦作供水博爱线为例

    Evaluation and introduction of improved annulus mud construction technology with horizontaldirectional drill: case of Diversion Canal in Boai County of Jiaozuo City

    • 摘要: 河南省焦作市供水博爱线在与南水北调中线总干渠交叉处采取水平定向钻穿越的施工方式,为了确保总干渠输水的安全,采取了多项技术保障措施。具体阐述了泥浆置换方案比选、灌浆管预埋施工、置换泥浆配比选择、环空泥浆改良性能评价等方面需注意的问题,并提出了大孔径水平定向钻环空泥浆置换改良施工技术、评价以及优化改进建议。相关经验可供类似工程借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The method of horizontal directional drilling was used in the water diversion connecting project that is from the South-to-North Water Diversion Canal to Boai County, Jiaozuo City. In order to ensure the canal safety, a variety of technical support measures were adopted. The notable issues in aspects of argument of mud replacement schemes, pre-embedded construction of grouting pipe, material ratio selection of replacement cement slurry, performance evaluation on improvement annular mud were expounded. Moreover, the annulus mud displacement construction technology with large diameter horizontal directional drill was put forward, as well as some optimization suggestions.
