Abstract:
In order to accurately assess the safety management risks in high-risk constructions of hydroelectric project, fuzzy comprehensive assessment method based on AHP-Entropy is put forward. According to the previous studies and investigation feedbacks, and combining the characteristics of safety management in the high-risk constructions of hydroelectric project, an assessment index system is constructed. After the weights calculation by AHP-Entropy method, the comprehensive assessment scores are obtained using fuzzy comprehensive assessment method to predict the level of riskiness for providing reference for the decision- makers. The method is applied to analyze the high-risk constructions in a hydropower project, and the results show that its safety management is rather mediocre, indicating the project is exposed to high risk level. The fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is proved to be feasible and effective.
