Abstract:
The rapid and effective implementation of hydrology emergency work on Baige barrier lake played a vital role in preparing disposal plan and reducing losses. The Hydrology Bureau of the Changjiang Water Resources Commission carried out the hydrological emergency work in the disposal of "11·03" Jinsha River Baige barrier lake. This paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements from three aspects: emergency monitoring, emergency analysis and calculation and emergency forecasting, including the general deployment and implementation, the methods and results of hydrological emergency analysis, the hydrological emergency forecasting methods, data sharing modes. We put forward the suggestions and ideas for related issues of the hydrological emergency monitoring work.
