基于混合多属性决策的定额测定对象选择研究

    Research on object selection of quota measurement based on mixed multi-attribute decision making

    • 摘要: 定额测定对象的选择,是一个涉及多种定性和定量指标的复杂多目标决策过程。针对目前定额测定对象选择时指标权重的确定和定量化评价的问题,采用了一种基于混合多属性决策的评价模型对定额测定对象的选择进行研究。首先,建立涵盖施工水平、劳动者水平、经济水平和自然条件的综合评价指标体系,并确定各个指标的取值;然后,采用改进的离差最大化模型计算指标的可变权重;最后,运用投影决策法,对待选测定对象进行评价和排序,并根据评价结果来选取定额测定对象。通过实例验证表明,混合多属性决策评价模型对定额测定对象的选择具有参考价值,可为定额测定人员提供一种新的思路和手段。

       

      Abstract: The selection of quota measurement object is a complex multi-objective decision-making process involving many kinds of qualitative and quantitative indicators. In this paper, a mixed multi-attribute decision-making model is used to select quota measurement objects, aiming at the determination of index weights and quantitative evaluation. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system covering construction level, labor level, economic level and natural conditions was established, and the value of each indicator was determined. Then, an improved dispersion maximization model was used to calculate the variable weight of the indicator. Finally, the projection decision method was applied to evaluate and sort the selected objects, and the object of quota measurement was selected, according to the result of evaluation. It is proved by examples that the evaluation model based on mixed multi-attribute decision-making has reference value for the selection of quota measurement objects.
