Abstract:
The selection of quota measurement object is a complex multi-objective decision-making process involving many kinds of qualitative and quantitative indicators. In this paper, a mixed multi-attribute decision-making model is used to select quota measurement objects, aiming at the determination of index weights and quantitative evaluation. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system covering construction level, labor level, economic level and natural conditions was established, and the value of each indicator was determined. Then, an improved dispersion maximization model was used to calculate the variable weight of the indicator. Finally, the projection decision method was applied to evaluate and sort the selected objects, and the object of quota measurement was selected, according to the result of evaluation. It is proved by examples that the evaluation model based on mixed multi-attribute decision-making has reference value for the selection of quota measurement objects.
