Abstract:
Aiming at the specific problems and information demand of resettlement in water conservancy and hydropower projects, a cloud platform for information management of the whole life cycle of resettlement is designed and developed. By 3S technology and cloud computing technology, dynamic model-driven approach was used to realize the requirements in different stages of the project. (1) In the stage of planning and design, the estimation of the physical indexes of different submerged lines and the simulation calculation of the three-dimensional scene can provide scientific assistant decision-making basis for the planning and design. (2) In the stage of field investigation, according to the reported data, it can realize real-time precise calculation of the compensation and printing illustration card, compensation agreement and other related contents on the spot which can achieve the precise management of the compensation. (3) In immigrants′ post support cloud platform, the physical index data, design change, resettlement plan, documents, audio-visual data of the whole life cycle of the project are collected and issued. All these data are linked with spatial data and aerial image to realize visual display, management, investigation and analysis, and are stored as permanent electronic files. Immigrants′ post support management can be tracked dynamically. Immigrants′ production and living condition and turnover can be investigated and compared. This platform is deployed in "cloud", and has been widely used in many large and medium-sized reservoirs, and different development modes have been formed to realize the precise, scientific and efficient management of resettlement.
