Abstract:
The imported laser particle size analyzer has been used for 7 years in the grading analysis of sediment particles in Jingjiang River reach, which greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity. With the rise of domestic laser particle size analyzer, it has more advantages on cost performance and technical service. Domestic BETTER BT3000 Laser Particle Size Analyzer has the function of particle grading analysis. Based on the analyzer, its accuracy and stability were tested and analyzed by using the coarse, medium and fine sand samples of suspended sediment from eight hydrological stations of the main stream and four tributaries in Jingjiang Reach of the Yangtze River in a complete year. The applicability of basic parameters was optimized by using calcium carbonate and glass beads standard sample. The results show that all the technical indicators can meet the requirements of relevant specifications and the analyzer has been put into operation. The research results provide reference for the production and application of domestic laser particle size analyzer.
