滇中引水工程输水隧洞安全监测设计原则研究

    Research on design principle of safety monitoring for water transfer tunnel of water diversion project in central Yunnan Province

    • 摘要: 滇中引水工程的输水隧洞具有数量众多、长短不一、洞径各异、地质复杂等特点,由于沿线隧洞分别由不同单位承担设计任务,加之目前国内没有专门性的隧洞监测设计规范,极易造成各隧洞的监测布置千差万别。以(SL725-2016)《水利水电工程安全监测设计规范》中“水工隧洞监测”章节作为主要依据,通过对沿线隧洞的布置、结构、受力与地质情况深入分析,详细论述了针对该工程的监测项目选取原则和监测断面设置原则,并提出了细化的监测设施布置原则。目前,这些设计原则作为隧洞监测设计的指导性依据,已在滇中引水工程得到全面贯彻,保证了各隧洞监测设计的标准统一和设计成果质量,可为同类工程监测设计提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Water diversion project in central area of Yunnan Province is a key long-distance diversion project in the 13th Five-year Plan of China. Water-conveyance tunnel is the most important structure for water delivery and has such characteristics as large quantity, different?lengths, various diameters, complex geology conditions. Because the tunnels along the project were designed by different companies, and there was no specific monitoring design code for tunnels in China, it is easy to cause great difference in instrument arrangement of various tunnel sections. Based on the section “Hydraulic Tunnel Monitoring” in the safety monitoring specification for water conservancy and hydropower projects(SL725-2016), and through in-depth analysis on the layout, structure, stress and geological conditions of the tunnels, the principles for selecting monitoring items and monitoring sections were formulated, and the principle of detailed layout of monitoring facilities was put forward. So far, these design principles have been fully implemented as guiding basis for tunnel monitoring design in that water diversion project. It effectively guarantees the standardization of tunnel monitoring design and improves the design quality, which has great reference value for monitoring design of similar projects.
