正向进水泵站前池流态改善模型试验研究

    Model-test study on improving forebay flow pattern in forward intake pumping station

    • 摘要: 以化子闸泵站为研究对象,结合实际工程情况,按照重力相似准则设计构建了几何比尺为1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗20的正态水工模型进行试验研究。原方案试验结果表明,泵站前池斜坡及底部区域均存在着一定程度的回流滞水情况。针对存在的流态问题,提出了调整进水前池斜坡坡度的方案以对前池水流流态进行改善,并采用了数值模拟方法对调整方案进行了初步比选。根据比选结果,选择出较为理想的比选方案再进行设计调整,同时还进行了模型试验。最终试验结果表明:调整后的方案消除了原方案中存在的前池横轴回流问题,有效地改善了前池水流流态。

       

      Abstract: Taking Huazi sluice pumping station as research subject, by referring to the actual engineering project, we designed and constructed a normal hydraulic model with geometric scale of 1:20 according to gravity similarity criterion. The experimental results showed that there was a certain extent of backflow and stagnation at the slope and bottom area in forebay of the pumping station. In order to tackle the flow pattern problems, we put forward a scheme that adjusts slope gradient of the forebay to improve the flow pattern. We adopted numerical simulation method to carry out a preliminary comparison of the adjustment schemes, and chose an optimal one to revise the design. The final experimental results showed that the adjusted scheme eliminated the cross-axis backflow problems in the original scheme, which effectively improved the flow pattern in the forebay.
