降雨型滑坡泥石流灾害预警原理及系统结构

    Principle and system structure of early warning for rainfall landslide and debris flow

    • 摘要: 降雨型滑坡泥石流预警必须具有超前性。通过对前期研究成果的分析总结,可以将降雨型滑坡泥石流预警分为空间预警和时间预警两大类型。空间预警的目标是预测宏观区域内滑坡泥石流灾害的发生趋势,划分不同时段的危险区范围;时间预警的目标是预报典型滑坡泥石流可能发生的时间阶段。根据预警分类原理,建立了实现两类灾害预警的技术方法体系,构建了降雨型滑坡泥石流预警的系统结构。

       

      Abstract: Rainfall landslide and debris flow warning must be advanced. Through analysis and summary of previous research results, the author divides the early warning of rainfall landslide and debris flow into two major types, namely, space warning and time warning. The goal of space early warning is to predict the occurrence trend of landslide and debris flow disasters in macro areas and divide the dangerous areas in different times. The goal of time warning is to forecast the possible time stage of typical landslide and debris flow. Based on the principle of early warning classification, this paper establishes a technical and methodological system of two types of disaster early warning, which constitutes the principle and system structure of early warning for landslide and debris flow in rainfall.
