Abstract:
As an important part of flood control project system in the Changjing River Basin, the reservoir groups in the upper reaches of Changjiang River undertake the important tasks of flood control in the rivers where the reservoirs located, the Sichuan-Chongqing reaches and the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River. However, the Changjiang River Basin has a large area and numerous water systems, the composition and encounter of floods are very complex. In addition, the flood control demands are numerous, the flood control objects are scattered, and various factors such as power generation, shipping, water supply, ecology and reservoir security should be taken into account, which make the collaborative flood control of reservoir groups face large-scale, multi-regional and multi-level technical problems. In this paper, taking 25 controlled reservoirs in the upper reaches of Changjiang River as research objects, the reservoir groups were divided into core, backbone and group reservoirs based on the flood control tasks and pattern. The operation node and role orientation of multi-regional coordinated flood control of reservoir groups were expounds. Then, a functional structure considering the multi-dimensional attributes of "time-space-quantity-ordinal-efficiency" was proposed, the multi-regional coordinated flood control operation model of reservoir group in the upper reaches of Changjiang River was constructed. Finally, a demonstration was formed in flood control operation of the Changjiang River Basin, so as to explore the flood control potential of reservoirs in the upper reaches of Changjiang River and improve the flood control management of the Changjiang River Basin.
