重力场对贯流式水轮机性能的影响预测

    Influence of gravity field on performance of bulb tubular turbine

    • 摘要: 以湖南长沙综合枢纽工程水电站灯泡贯流式水轮机为研究对象建立了几何模型,采用SST k-ω湍流模型对全流道进行了数值模拟。通过对加入重力场前后的计算结果进行对比,分析了重力场对预估灯泡贯流式水轮机性能的影响。分析结果表明:当计算目标为效率、出力等水轮机的外特性时,可以忽略重力场造成的影响;当计算目的是为了预测水轮机的空化性能及结构的计算时,则需要考虑重力场产生的影响。

       

      Abstract: This paper took bulb tubular turbine of hydropower station in Changsha multi-purpose Project as the research object to build a geometrical model, and numerical simulation of whole flow passage was carried out using SST k-ω turbulence model. By comparing the results of with gravity field and without gravity field, we analyzed the influence of gravity field on the performance prediction of bulb tubular turbine. The results show that the gravity field can be ignored when calculating external characteristics of bulb tubular turbine such as efficiency, output, but it should be considered when predicting cavitation performance and calculating structure characteristics.
