Abstract:
With the No.5 branch of Qinling tunnel in Water Diversion Project from Hangjiang River-to-Weihe River as a research object, based on microseismic monitoring technology and microseismic date and rock burst date, we analyze the induced causes of rockburst and the relationship between microseismic events and rockburst. The results show that the ground stress and the excavation rate are the main inducing factors to rock burst, and the depth of tunnel burial varies, the degree of influence varies. The spatial distribution characteristics of microseismic events are closely related to the position of the tunnel face, and characteristics of microseismic events in time, space and degree can vividly demonstrate the process of rock burst and be used for prediction and early warning of rock burst. Rock burst will not continue to occur, but will undergo the process of disturbance excavation, fracture generation, rock mass energy storage, cracks development and transfixion, energy release. When the energy does not release completely, the rock burst would develop to frequent rock burst.
