基于FMECA的土石坝安全监测系统优化

    Earth-rock dam safety monitoring system optimization based on failure mode, effects and criticality analysis

    • 摘要: 安全监测是保障大坝安全运行不可替代的重要手段,随着大坝风险管理的发展,传统的大坝安全监测技术已无法完全适应风险管理需求。从风险分析的角度出发,阐述了故障模式、影响及危害分析法(FMECA),探讨了老坝监测系统设计的工作流程与优化技术。以江西省石马水库为案例,分析计算了风险要素的关键数并进行排序,探讨了有针对性的监测设施优化方案,证实了改进后的监测设施可有效提高监测的针对性,具有推广价值。

       

      Abstract: Safety monitoring is an irreplaceable important means to ensure the safe operation of dams. With the development of dam risk management, the traditional dam safety monitoring technology can not fully meet the risk management needs. From the perspective of risk analysis, the failure mode, effects and criticality analysis method (FMECA) was introduced in this paper, and the workflow and optimization technology of the old dam monitoring system were discussed. Taking Shima Reservoir in Jiangxi Province as a case, the key number of risk elements was analyzed and calculated, and then sorted, the targeted monitoring facility optimization scheme was put forward at last. The improved monitoring facilities can effectively improve the pertinence have great popularization values.
