Abstract:
With the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the No. 3 ship lock of Gezhouba hydro-junction has been unable to meet the requirements of navigation capacity and is planned to be demolished and expanded. Aiming at the problems that the demolition site is close to the protected object, complex geological condition and vibration damage caused by blasting demolition, the demolition scheme was studied by numerical simulation and engineering analogy method, and the blasting vibration response characteristics of each protected object and the control measures of blasting vibration were analyzed. A demolition scheme with blasting demolition as the main part and mechanical demolition as the auxiliary part was put forward. On the whole, the ship lock structure was demolished in three parts: facility and frame structure, large volume column reinforced concrete structure and slab reinforced concrete structure. The numerical calculation results showed that during demolition blasting, the blasting vibration response of reserved right side gate wall, sand discharge sluice and impervious curtain of No.3 ship lock was large. The vibration monitoring of these parts should be strengthened during construction, and the corresponding control standards and measures for blasting vibration were proposed. The research results can provide reference for blasting demolition construction in similar projects.
