盾构切刀磨损与温度在线监测系统设计与应用
Design and application of a on-line monitoring system for cutter wear and temperature of shield machine

摘要: 实时监测盾构切刀在掘进过程中的状态是保证盾构机正常高效掘进的关键技术之一。为掌握切刀磨损与温度在掘进过程中的变化规律,并及时提出换刀方案,设计了基于无线通讯技术的盾构切刀磨损与温度在线监测系统,并在新疆某引水工程土压平衡盾构机上进行现场应用。结果表明:①设计的在线监测系统可靠性高,信号传输稳定,能够适应刀盘的恶劣工作环境,实现切刀长时间监测;②在该工程单个循环掘进过程中,刀具的磨损量较小,温度变化约为2~3℃;③传感器发生磨损后仍能稳定工作,不会影响磨损值与温度的监测。Abstract: Real-time monitoring on shield cutter state during excavation is one of the key technologies to ensure the normal and efficient excavation of the shield machine. In order to grasp the change law of cutter wear and temperature during the tunneling process, and propose a cutter change proposal in time, a shield cutter wear and temperature on-line monitoring system based on wireless transmission was developed and the system was applied in a Xinjiang water diversion project. The results as followed:①The designed online monitoring system had high reliability, stable signal transmission, and can be adapted to the harsh working environment of the cutter head for long-term monitoring; ② During one cycle tunneling of this project, the amount of cutter wear was small, and the temperature change was about 2~3 °C; ③ The long-term monitoring result showed that the sensor could still work stably after the wear occurring without affecting the monitoring of wear value and temperature.
