溶蚀作用下水泥基质渗透性能试验研究

摘要: 针对水工面板混凝土由于溶蚀破坏带来的渗透性问题,从微观角度出发,基于质量守恒定律推导了溶蚀预测模型,并探寻了溶蚀程度与渗透性能之间的关系。对比数值仿真结果与实验结果可知:溶蚀过程中水泥基质的抗渗性能随着时间推移而逐渐降低,抗渗性降低范围随溶蚀深度加深而增大;在溶蚀区域内,抗渗性能的降低呈现非均匀性,水泥基表层抗渗性退化最大;水泥基表层抗渗性在溶蚀初期急剧降低,随后逐渐变缓;由于水泥基的溶蚀作用,混凝土面板抗渗性会逐步降低,可对表层混凝土进行一定的处理,从而提高混凝土的抗溶蚀耐久性。Abstract: In view of the permeability of hydraulic concrete slab due to corrosion damage, a corrosion prediction model was deduced in this paper based on the conservation of mass from the microscopic point of view, and the relationship between the corrosion degree and permeability was explored. Comparison of numerical simulation results and experiment results showed that the impermeability of cement matrix decreased with time, and the impermeability decreasing range increased with the depth of corrosion. In the corrosion region, the decrease of impermeability presented non-uniformity, and the degradation of impermeability of cement base surface was the greatest. The impermeability of cement-based surface decreased sharply at the initial stage of corrosion, and then slowed down gradually. The impermeability of concrete face slab will decrease gradually due to the corrosion of cement base, so the concrete surface needs treatment to improve the durability of corrosion resistance.
