Abstract:
ongzilin hydropower station, the last cascade hydropower station in the lower reaches of Yalong River, has many difficulties in its operation and dispatching. In this paper, the dispatching difficulties were analyzed in detail, such as small adjustable storage capacity, large uncertainty of incoming flow, imbalance of daily planned electricity quantity and incoming water quantity, and complex operation mode of power network. In addition, the effective safety dispatching strategies of controlling reservoir water level by temporary adjustment of load in dry and normal season and "two-stage" regulation to optimize flood discharge warning in flood season were put forward, which can reduce the operation risk and improve the economic benefit of the hydropower station. The research results have some reference significance for the safe operation of similar reservoirs.
