坝基防渗墙与土质心墙廊道式连接构造设计

    Design of gallery connection structure between anti-seepage wall and soil core wall

    • 摘要: 深厚覆盖层上200 m级高土石坝的坝体心墙与坝基防渗墙的连接至关重要。随着深厚覆盖层上高坝建设的发展,防渗墙与黏土(砾石土)心墙采用廊道进行连接的情况越来越多。根据工程实践中暴露出的问题,对廊道与防渗墙布置、廊道与防渗墙之间的连接、廊道分缝、廊道和防渗墙与心墙连接部位防渗抗渗等构造设计问题进行了提炼总结。研究表明:布置两道防渗墙时宜采用主墙廊道式、副墙插入式布置;廊道与防渗墙连接采用倒梯形刚性接头更为合适,廊道与两岸平洞结构分缝宜深入基岩一定距离;廊道或防渗墙周围需设置高塑性黏土区,并在主防渗墙廊道、副防渗墙与土心墙连接部位铺设土工膜,下游侧设置反滤层保护。研究成果可为深厚覆盖层上高土石坝防渗墙与土心墙采用廊道式连接的构造设计提供有益参考。

       

      Abstract: The connection between core wall of dam body and anti-seepage wall of dam foundation is very important for high earth dams of 200 m level. With the development of high dam construction on deep overburden, more and more galleries are used to connect anti-seepage wall and clay core wall. We summarized the structural design problems such as the layout of gallery and anti-seepage wall, the connection between gallery and anti-seepage wall, the gallery joint layout, the anti-seepage solution at the connection of gallery and anti-seepage wall, core wall. The research results showed that the major wall gallery and the auxiliary wall insertion should be adopted in the layout of two anti-seepage walls; the inverted trapezoidal rigid joint was more suitable for the connection between the gallery and anti-seepage wall, and the structural joint between gallery and flat tunnel on both sides should be buried into the bedrock at a certain distance; high plastic clay area should be set around the gallery or the anti-seepage wall, and geomembrane should be laid at the main anti-seepage wall gallery and at the connection of the auxiliary anti-seepage wall and the core wall, and filter layer protection should be set at the downstream side.
