微水头水流能发电装置导流罩水动力性能研究

    Study on hydrodynamic performance of shroud of a hydroelectric generator of micro-head flow

    • 摘要: 针对低流速水流能收集利用率低的问题,采用数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,对3种不同线型的导流罩进行了研究分析。在此基础上,提出了一种微水头水流能发电装置导流罩,并对影响该导流罩的各种因素进行了研究。研究结果表明:U型导流罩在微水头低流速状态下的综合水动力性能最好,入口段长度和出入口直径对该导流罩综合水动力性能的影响较大;数值模拟与试验结果吻合较好。研究成果可为微水头水流能发电装置导流罩的设计提供参考依据。

       

      Abstract: In view of the low collection and utilization rate of low velocity flow energy, we used numerical simulation and experimental research to study and analyze three different types of shroud, proposed a optimal shroud suitable for micro head, and studied its influence factors. The results showed that the U-shaped shroud had the best comprehensive hydrodynamic performance at low velocity of micro head, and the length of inlet section and the diameter of inlet and outlet had a great influence on the comprehensive hydrodynamic performance of the shroud; the numerical simulation was in good agreement with the experimental results, which provided a reference for the design of shroud of micro head water power generation device.
