长江中下游沿江泵站排涝对干流防洪的影响分析

    Influence of drainage of pumping stations along middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River on flood control of main stream

    • 摘要: 随着长江经济带发展战略的逐步推进和城市化水平的不断提高,长江中下游沿江排涝能力不断增强。当沿江涝区暴雨排涝遭遇长江干流大洪水时,会出现干流防汛压力增大、涝区内涝严重并存的情况。在系统梳理长江中下游沿江涝区排涝能力的基础上,分不同河段涝区排涝和不同涝片排涝两种类型,利用集总水文模型分析了典型年份沿江泵站排涝流量对长江干流洪水位的影响。研究表明:干流防洪与沿江排涝矛盾仅在大洪水年份突出;排涝量占干流洪量比例较小,影响主要体现在抬高河道洪水位上。相关成果可为协调好长江中下游排涝与防洪的关系提供研究基础。

       

      Abstract: With the gradual advancement of the development strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the continuous improvement of the urbanization level, the drainage capacity of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is increasing. When the drainage of waterlogging areas along the river encounters the main stream flood of the Yangtze River, the flood pressure of the main stream will deteriorate while the waterlogging in the waterlogged area will be worse. Based on the investigation and analysis of the drainage capacity of the waterlogging areas along the middle and lower reach of Yangtze River, we designed two drainage situations, the drainage from various reaches and the drainage from various drainage zones(urban drainage and agricultural drainage), and analyzed the impact of the two drainage cases on the flood level of the main stream in typical years by using integrated hydrological model. The results showed that the contradiction between flood defense of mainstream and waterlogging mitigation will only be serious in huge flood year, and the drainage quantity had a relatively small proportion, so its effect mainly manifested on raising water level.
