深埋长隧洞斜井混凝土运输方案研究

    Study on concrete transportation schemes in inclined shaft of deep buried long tunnel

    • 摘要: 香炉山隧洞长62.596 km,是滇中引水工程中最长的深埋长隧洞,隧洞全断面需进行二次衬砌,衬砌工程量大,施工强度要求高。受地形条件限制,部分施工支洞采用了斜井作为施工通道。在总结比较类似工程斜井混凝土运输方案的基础上,根据香炉山隧洞多条斜井的特点及混凝土施工的运输要求,分别选择了泵送、溜槽和提升机运输混凝土的方案,并对各方案施工中需采用的主要技术措施进行了研究。相关经验可为类似深埋长隧洞工程施工提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The length of Xianglushan tunnel is 62.596 km,which is the longest deep buried tunnel in the diversion project of central Yunnan Province.The whole section of the tunnel needs secondary lining,the amount of lining is large,and the construction strength is high.Limited by the terrain conditions,the inclined shaft was used as the construction passage in some construction branches.On the basis of summing up the concrete transportation schemes of inclined shafts in similar projects,according to the characteristics of inclined wells in Xianglushan tunnel and the transportation requirements of concrete construction,the schemes of transporting concrete by pumping,chute and hoist were proposed respectively,and the main technical measures adopted in the construction of each scheme were analyzed.Relevant experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
