Abstract:
At present,shield machines are mostly used in the construction of subway tunnels,which has low efficiency and high energy consumption for hard rock stratum.In order to improve the construction speed of the rock stratum subway tunnel,the application technology of hard rock tunnel boring machine in the construction of Qingdao Metro was explored.By comparing the adaptability of different types of TBM,it was concluded that the double shield compact TBM had higher adaptability.In the practice of double shield compact TBM construction,the counterforce support frame of arc guide platform and moving forward by pre-buried rail counterforce corbel were used,and the counterforce ring of the first ring segment was used in the TBM starting,and the segment locking device was used in the TBM arriving.Through the statistical analysis of the excavation data,the selection range of parameters such as thrust,torque,cutter speed and drifting speed at different levels of rock conditions were proposed,and the relationship between thrust,torque and penetration was established.The successful application of the compact double shield TBM in the construction of the Qingdao Metro provides more techniques and methods for the construction of the rock stratum subway tunnel.
