岩石隧道掘进机在岩石地层地铁隧道修建中的应用

    Research on application of rock tunnel boring machine in rock stratum subway tunnel construction

    • 摘要: 目前地铁隧道建设多采用盾构机,对于硬岩地层盾构施工效率低、能耗高。为了提高岩石地层地铁隧道的修建速度,依托青岛地铁隧道工程,探索岩石隧道掘进机在地铁隧道修建中的应用技术。通过常用TBM适应性对比分析,得出了紧凑型双护盾TBM具有更高的地质适应性;通过紧凑型双护盾TBM施工实践,提出了弧形导向台反力支撑架、预埋钢轨反力牛腿步进以及首环管片反力环始发技术,提出了利用锁紧装置主动拉紧管片的到达技术;通过现场掘进数据统计分析,建立了不同等级围岩条件下推力、扭矩、刀盘转速、掘进速度等参数的选取范围,建立了推力、扭矩与贯入度的匹配关系。紧凑型双护盾TBM在青岛地铁隧道建造的成功应用,为岩石地层城市地铁隧道的建造提供了更多的技术与方法。

       

      Abstract: At present,shield machines are mostly used in the construction of subway tunnels,which has low efficiency and high energy consumption for hard rock stratum.In order to improve the construction speed of the rock stratum subway tunnel,the application technology of hard rock tunnel boring machine in the construction of Qingdao Metro was explored.By comparing the adaptability of different types of TBM,it was concluded that the double shield compact TBM had higher adaptability.In the practice of double shield compact TBM construction,the counterforce support frame of arc guide platform and moving forward by pre-buried rail counterforce corbel were used,and the counterforce ring of the first ring segment was used in the TBM starting,and the segment locking device was used in the TBM arriving.Through the statistical analysis of the excavation data,the selection range of parameters such as thrust,torque,cutter speed and drifting speed at different levels of rock conditions were proposed,and the relationship between thrust,torque and penetration was established.The successful application of the compact double shield TBM in the construction of the Qingdao Metro provides more techniques and methods for the construction of the rock stratum subway tunnel.
