地聚物的性能影响因素研究及其应用进展综述

    Review on research of factors affecting geopolymers performance and advances in geopolymers applications

    • 摘要: 作为传统胶凝材料的水泥因生产过程中能耗高、碳排放量大,不符合当下节能减排的趋势,人们因此开始寻找新的胶凝材料来作为水泥的替代品,地聚物(Geopolymer)正是目前被认为最具前景的绿色新型材料。地聚物原料来源广泛,以工业废弃物(矿渣、粉煤灰)或其它以硅、铝、氧为主要元素的硅铝质材料为主,它既具有比水泥更优异的性能,又具有工艺简单、能耗少、环境污染小等优点,有利于建筑行业的可持续发展。综述了硅铝质原料、碱激发剂、养护制度、外加剂和骨料级配等因素对地聚物性能的影响,并结合当前的研究情况提出了地聚物性能的改善方式。除此之外,介绍了地聚物的应用情况,最后总结了地聚物发展的前景和所面临的挑战。

       

      Abstract: As a traditional cementitious material,cement has high energy consumption and large carbon emissions in the production process,which does not meet the current trend of energy saving and emission reduction.As a result,people begin to find new cementitious materials to replace cement.Geopolymers are currently regarded as the most promising one.It comes from a wide range of sources,industrial waste(slag,fly ash)or other silicon-aluminum materials with main elements of silicon,aluminum and oxygen.It not only has better performance than cement,but also has the advantages of simple process,low energy consumption,and low environmental pollution,which is good for the sustainable development of the construction industry.This article reviewed the effects of silico-aluminum raw materials,alkali activator,curing systems,admixtures,and aggregate gradation on the performance of geopolymer,and proposed ways to improve its performance.In addition,the application of geopolymer was introduced,and the development prospects and challenges were summarized.
