Abstract:
To reveal the water chemical characteristics and change trend, and summarize the present situation of microbial research and the interaction between microorganism and pollutants of typical Karst wetland in Huixian, water samples collected in May 2019 from Huixian and relative research papers during the last three years were analyzed.Chemical analysis of water showed that NO3-,NH4+,Al,Mn and Hg exceeded Chinese standard for groundwater quality in the last three years.Groundwater quality was superior to surface water, and the overall water quality in Huixian karst wetland was in an improving status.Microbial analysis showed that microbial communities in sediments and soils were similar on phylum level, and Proteobacteria was the dominant phylum.Significant difference was found on genus level, and the main common genera both in sediments and soils included H16,Desulfatiglans,Anaeromyxobacter,Geobacter,Stenotrophomonas and cultured Bacillus decomposing carbon-containing organic matter. From results of microbial diversity and Bacillus indicator bacteria, sediments and soils had a certain risk of organic pollution, which was higher in autumn than in winter.Human activities, such as breeding, tourism and farming had a certain pollution effect on the wetland, while also reduced microbial diversity, quantity and activity.According to the research status of Huixian Karst wetland,it was recommended to introduce multi-omics methods, and consider the integrity of Huixian Karst wetland,in order to provide support for ecological restoration and pollution control of Huixian Karst wetland.
