基于BIM技术的复杂深基坑支护设计分析

    Analysis on complex deep foundation pit design based on BIM technology

    • 摘要: 目前,二维常规设计已难以满足复杂深基坑工程建设需要,有必要对其开展BIM三维设计。结合一复杂深基坑工程案例,基于BIM技术,建立了基坑支护方案的三维模型,该模型包括围护结构、支撑系统和复杂节点等。在设计过程中,利用BIM协同、可视化等功能进行构件碰撞检查、施工过程模拟以及关键工序的交底。实践表明:BIM在深基坑工程设计中的应用提升了参建各方的沟通效率、节约了资源、减少了设计变更,还能准确表达设计意图,有效避免设计错误,提高施工质量。案例的成功应用表明BIM技术在复杂深基坑支护工程中具有先进性、优越性和必要性。

       

      Abstract: It is necessary to carry out the BIM 3D design for complex deep foundation pit as conventional 2D design can hardly meet requirement.With a specific engineering case,BIM technology was applied to build 3D model of the whole foundation pit that includes the 3D model of enclosure structure,support system and complex nodes etc.BIM collaboration and BIM visualization were used to do clash check,construction process simulation and technical interpretation of design intention,which can promote communication efficiency,reasonably save resources,reduce design alteration,accurately express design intent,effectively avoid design errors and improve the construction quality.As a result,the informatization to the foundation pit is realized and the safe,effective and high-quality design and construction quality of foundation pit is guaranteed.The practice shows that BIM technology is advanced,superior and necessary in the complex deep foundation pit engineering.
