Abstract:
In order to strengthen the intelligent management and control of safety risk of cascade reservoirs and dams in river basins that is characterized as complex geological environment,based on the cascade dams and slope engineering in Dadu River Basin,we developed an integrated intelligent monitoring system aiming at external deformation of dams and high slopes,which had functions such as real-time identification of environment and independent selection of measuring period under complex operating environment,thus it overcame the problem of real-time intelligent acquisition of external deformation with high reliability.Based on the intelligent perception and dynamic interaction of multi-source information of cascade reservoirs and dams in Dadu River basin,such as multi-dimensional monitoring,detection,patrol inspection,earthquake,work condition,water condition,etc.,a set of on-line intelligent identification technology for anomaly of safety monitoring data was established,which integrated environmental correlation,spatial-temporal simulation and feedback verification.Using this technology,the ratio of misjudgment and missed judgment of the anomaly data recognition would be reduced by more than 95% on average.We also put forward a hierarchical and progressive early warning of the safety risk of dams and the linkage response mechanism and control technology under the extreme environments such as earthquakes,which greatly improves the ability of the security risk warning and management for reservoirs and dams in the basin where geological hazards are prone to occur frequently after the Dadu River earthquake,and had effectively warned several landslides.
