Abstract:
For some medium-sized pumping stations that cannot be tested by model experiment, reasonable selection of device type and hydraulic model is of great significance to the efficient, safe and stable operation of the pumping station.Taking Yonghong Pumping Station as the research object, we analyze the main design parameters of the pumping station, adopt a new type selection method based on the test data of the same type of pump device, and verify the selection conclusion through numerical calculations.The results show that for pumping stations that cannot be tested on the pump device model, the selection method based on the test data of the same type of pumping station can accurately predict the operation angle of the pump, and the selection result has a high accuracy.The research results can be used as a reference for pump selection in small and medium-sized pump stations at home and abroad.
