基于正交试验的复合土壤固化剂配合比设计研究

摘要: 为有效利用沉淤废土资源,并减少传统土壤固化剂所带来的环境污染,研发新型环保的土壤固化剂具有重要意义。采用三因素、三水平的正交试验方法,设计了9组不同配合比的淤泥固化剂复合材料试验方案,并进行无侧限抗压强度试验,运用极差分析和方差分析对试验结果进行分析,得到复合土壤固化剂的最优配合比。以最优配合比制作试件,并探究了不同固化剂掺量和养护龄期对淤泥质黏土强度的影响。结果表明:复合土壤固化剂中生石灰含量是影响淤泥质黏土强度的最主要因素,其次为纳米SiO2、矿渣掺量;掺加10%复合土壤固化剂的淤泥质黏土28 d无侧限抗压强度达到峰值。Abstract: In order to effectively utilize the waste silty soil and reduce the environmental pollution caused by traditional soil solidification agent, it is of great significance to develop a new environment-friendly soil solidification agent.The orthogonal test method of three factors and three levels was used to design nine groups of soil solidification agent test schemes with different mixing ratios, and the unconfined compression test was carried out.Then the range analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the test results, so a optimal mixing ratio of composite soil curing agent was obtained.Finally, the effects of different solidification agent dosages and curing ages on the strength of waste silty soil were explored.The results show that the lime content in the composite soil solidification agent is the main factor affecting the strength of waste silty soil, followed by the content of nano-silica and slag.The unconfined compressive strength of waste silty soil with 10% composite soil solidification agent reaches the peak strength at the 28th day.
