考虑发电-生态效益均衡的嘉陵江水库群优化调度

    Research on joint optimal operation of reservoir groups in Jialing River considering balance between power generation and ecological benefits

    • 摘要: 针对水库群联合优化调度中水电开发与生态环境保护目标间矛盾冲突问题,以嘉陵江流域为例,构建了以水库群发电量最大、武胜断面适宜生态溢缺水量最小为目标的水库群多目标优化调度模型。采用PA-DDS算法对模型进行求解得到了Pareto最优解,引入置换率定量分析了不同来水条件下发电目标与生态目标之间的竞争协调关系,采用模糊优选法寻求满足发电、生态需求的最优均衡调度策略。结果表明:不同来水条件下发电目标与生态目标间均存在竞争关系,且生态效益与发电效益的矛盾主要体现在非汛期。最优均衡调度策略既能保证不损失较大的发电效益,又能完全满足最小生态需水,基本满足适宜生态需水。研究成果可为嘉陵江流域生态友好型水库群联合调度运行方式提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: In view of the conflict between the development of hydropower and ecological environment protection in the joint optimal operation of reservoir groups, taking the Jialing River Basin as an example, a multi-objective joint optimal operation model of reservoir systems was constructed, to maximize power generation of reservoir systems and discharge most appropriate ecological flow and minimize water shortage of Wusheng section.By PA-DDS algorithm, the model was solved and the Pareto optimal solutions were obtained.The replacement ratio was introduced to quantitatively analyze the competition and coordination relationship between power generation target and ecological target under different water inflow conditions, and the fuzzy optimization method was adopted to seek the optimal balanced dispatching strategy.The results showed that under different inflow conditions, there was a competition between the power generation target and the ecological target, and the contradiction was mainly reflected in the non-flood season.Adopting balanced dispatching strategy can not only guarantee the power generation efficiency, but also fully meet the minimum ecological water demand and basically meet the appropriate ecological water demand.The research results can provide technical support for the joint operation mode of eco-friendly reservoirs in Jialing River Basin.
