Abstract:
The traditional flood and drought disaster prevention tools are characterized as imperfect targeted, insufficient early warning time, limited coverage and difficult coordination among all units, which greatly affects the government's disaster prevention ability.In order to solve this problem, combining with the smart water conservancy technology and the flood control mechanism at the grass-roots level and focusing on three aspects of standardizing the early warning process, extending the early warning time and providing warning for unfixed personnel, we established a multifunctional flood control and early warning system, which includes the functions of receiving monitoring data, sharing basic information, collaborative processing for early warning process, easy information query in decision making and unified release of early warning information.When the system is completed and put into use, it has played an important role in prevention and control of mountain flood disasters, the prevention and control of extra large flood, and the safe operation of water conservancy projects in in Anhui Province.
