水库群防洪库容利用等效关系研究

    Research on equivalent relationship for flood control capacity utilization of reservoir groups

    • 摘要: 为定量研究遭遇不同类型洪水时不同水库之间防洪库容利用等效关系,结合马斯京根模型,从理论上推导分析了河道洪水演进对水库防洪调度的影响,然后提出水库群防洪库容利用等效比及其计算方法,最后以锦屏一级、二滩、溪洛渡、向家坝、三峡水库对枝城站的联合防洪补偿调度为例,分析遭遇6场有代表性设计洪水时,上游水库对三峡水库的防洪库容利用等效比。研究结果表明:(1)上游水库对三峡水库的防洪库容利用等效比大于等于1,且随上游水库与三峡水库距离的增加而增大;(2)随着三峡水库使用防洪库容的减少,上游水库对三峡水库的防洪库容利用等效比逐渐增大;(3)上游水库可控制洪水占三峡水库入库洪水比例越大,上游水库对三峡水库防洪库容利用等效比越小;(4)防洪库容利用等效比随着枝城站天然洪水超标历时的增加而逐渐减少,并趋向1。

       

      Abstract: In order to quantify the equivalent relationship of flood control capacity utilization between different reservoirs when encountering different types of flood, this paper analyzed the influence of river flood routing on reservoir flood control operation based on Muskingum model, and then put forward a concept of utilization equivalent ratio of flood control capacity of reservoir groups.Taking the joint flood control compensation dispatching of Jinping I,Ertan, Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba and Three Gorges Reservoir to Zhicheng Station in Changjiang river as an example, the equivalent ratio for flood control capacity utilization of upstream reservoirs to Three Gorges Reservoir was analyzed under six representative design floods.The results showed that:(1) the equivalent ratio for flood control capacity utilization of the upstream reservoirs to the Three Gorges Reservoir were no less than 1,and it increased gradually with the increasing distance between the upstream reservoir and the Three Gorges Reservoir;(2) with the decrease utilization of flood control capacity of the Three Gorges Reservoir, the equivalent ratio for flood control capacity utilization of the upstream reservoir to the Three Gorges Reservoir increased gradually;(3) The larger the proportion of controllable flood from upstream reservoir to the flood inflow of the Three Gorges Reservoir, the smaller the equivalent ratio was;(4) the corresponding equivalent ratio was negative correlated with the duration of excessive flood in Zhicheng Station, and it reached to 1 gradually.
