Abstract:
To improve the urban disaster risk assessment of Nanchang City, a flood risk coefficient map of Nanchang City was constructed. The AHP analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method were used to obtain flood factor weight indicators of the villages in Nanchang, and draw a flood disaster risk assessment distribution map in Nanchang.Using high-resolution satellite imagery to extract flood points, the accuracy and practicability of the research method were tested. The results show that Nanchang flood risk is mainly distributed in the old city, south of the Ganjiang River and the northern area with a dense river network near Poyang Lake. The main reasons are that these areas are flat, rainfall is relatively concentrated, and the possibility of flooding is relatively high. The population density of the old city is concentrated and the economy is relatively developed, so the direct economic loss caused by floods is relatively large.
