Abstract: To effectively evaluate and enhance the level of water conservancy construction project management, based on the contents of the list of common problems of Water Conservancy Project Construction Inspection issued by the Ministry of Water Resources, a set of scientific and reasonable management and evaluation index system of water conservancy construction projects was constructed.The variation coefficient method was used to calculate the objective weight of each index, combining with the grey clustering method we built a grey comprehensive evaluation model of water conservancy construction project management.Finally, the model was applied to a practical case in Sichuan Province, the overall evaluation of water conservancy project management level was carried out.The results were consistent with the actual situation, which verified the stability and reliability of the model.The study has certain reference significance for water conservancy construction project management evaluation in nation wide.
