Abstract:
Carbonaceous materials are generally contained in concrete aggregates, it is of great significance to explore the influence of different carbonaceous materials contents on the performance of dam concrete to ensure the long-term safety and stability of the dam.In this paper, the composition and content of carbonaceous thin film in artificial sand limestone aggregate of the Shiqiquarryof the Wudongde Hydropower Station were analyzed by various detection methods, and the influence of different content of carbonaceous film on the performance of concrete was studied through experiments.The results show that:(1) The composition of carbonaceous thin film is mainly a mixture of low crystallinity graphite and rock minerals, and its content in artificial sand is 0.0038%.(2) Different dosage of carbonaceous thin film has a certain influence on the admixture content, slump and air content loss rate, bleeding rate, autogenous volume deformation, axial tensile strength, ultimate tensile value and frost resistance of concrete, while has no obvious effect on dry shrinkage deformation, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, impermeability and abrasion resistance.(3) When the carbon film content was greater than 0.1824%,it would have a significant impact on admixture content and frost resistance of concrete.
