灰岩骨料中碳质薄膜对混凝土性能影响研究

    Influence of carbonaceous thin film in limestone aggregate on concrete performance

    • 摘要: 混凝土骨料普遍赋含碳质物,探究不同含量碳质物对大坝混凝土性能的影响,对确保大坝长期安全稳定具有重要意义。通过多种检测方法分析了乌东德水电站施期料场人工砂灰岩骨料中碳质薄膜组成成分及含量,并通过试验研究了不同碳质薄膜掺量对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:(1)碳质薄膜成分主要为低结晶度石墨与岩石矿物混合物,经统计其在人工砂中含量为0.003 8%;(2)不同掺量的碳质薄膜对混凝土的外加剂掺量、坍落度及含气量经时损失率、泌水率、自生体积变形、轴拉强度、极限拉伸值、抗冻性能均有一定影响,而对干缩变形、抗压强度、劈拉强度、抗渗性能、抗冲磨性能的影响不明显;(3)当碳质薄膜含量大于0.182 4%时,对外加剂掺量、抗冻性影响较为显著。

       

      Abstract: Carbonaceous materials are generally contained in concrete aggregates, it is of great significance to explore the influence of different carbonaceous materials contents on the performance of dam concrete to ensure the long-term safety and stability of the dam.In this paper, the composition and content of carbonaceous thin film in artificial sand limestone aggregate of the Shiqiquarryof the Wudongde Hydropower Station were analyzed by various detection methods, and the influence of different content of carbonaceous film on the performance of concrete was studied through experiments.The results show that:(1) The composition of carbonaceous thin film is mainly a mixture of low crystallinity graphite and rock minerals, and its content in artificial sand is 0.0038%.(2) Different dosage of carbonaceous thin film has a certain influence on the admixture content, slump and air content loss rate, bleeding rate, autogenous volume deformation, axial tensile strength, ultimate tensile value and frost resistance of concrete, while has no obvious effect on dry shrinkage deformation, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, impermeability and abrasion resistance.(3) When the carbon film content was greater than 0.1824%,it would have a significant impact on admixture content and frost resistance of concrete.
