资源柔性视角下项目进度管理关键链缓冲区设置

    Critical chain buffer zone setting in project schedule management from resource flexibility perspective

    • 摘要: 工程项目施工过程易受到资源冲突的影响而使项目计划产生偏差,为了降低资源因素对进度的影响,提出了一种考虑资源柔性的关键链缓冲区设置方法。首先根据资源-能力矩阵(RAM)度量人力资源柔性和资源紧张度;再考虑人力资源柔性和资源紧张度约束,计算资源缓冲和汇入缓冲大小并进行分配,得到基于资源柔性的关键链缓冲设置模型;最后引入实例验证该方法的有效性。研究结果表明:考虑资源柔性和资源紧张度得到的缓冲区设置模型可以降低资源风险对项目进度的影响,从而提高完工概率,缩短项目计划工期。

       

      Abstract: The construction process of an engineering project is vulnerable to the impact of resource conflicts,which will lead to deviations in the project plan. In order to reduce the impact of resource factors on the project schedule, a critical chain buffer zone setting method based on resource flexibility is proposed. Firstly, according to the Resource-Ability-Matrix (RAM),the tension of human resource flexibility and resource are defined and measured. Then, according to the human resource flexibility and resource tension, resource buffer and feeding buffer are calculated and allocated. The critical chain buffer setting model based on resource flexibility is obtained. Finally, an example is introduced to verify the validity of the method. The results show that the buffer setting model considering human resource flexibility and resource tension can effectively reduce the impact of resource risk on the project schedule, improve the completion probability and shorten the project planning period.
