Abstract:
There are some problems in the informatization management of rural water supply, including: ① the design and construction standards of information systems are not standardized and unified, ② the data asset management and mining are not deep enough, ③ the systemic emergency response speed is slow. The goal of this article is to solve these problems and realize the transformation from rural water supply informatization to intelligence, so as to meet the requirements of improving the level of rural water supply management. This paper built a smart rural water supply system with one network, two systems, three levels, four applications, and six media supported by digital twin technology, and proposed specific implementation methods and steps: ① building universe perception thematic database for smart rural water supply, ② making the digital twin intelligent water plant, digital twin pipe network, and digital supervision and emergency platform. The smart rural water supply system can give full play to the advantages of digital twin technology in data perception, data integration, and human-computer interaction. It has a positive effect on improving the safe operation of water plants and the level of intelligent supervision of rural water supply works.
