基于轻量级WebGIS的流域仿真平台设计与实现

    Design and implementation of river basin simulation platform based on lightweight WebGIS

    • 摘要: 近年来,随着水利信息化进程的快速推进,“数字流域”理论越来越受到重视,流域仿真平台的设计与实现逐渐成为其重要组成部分。传统C/S架构下的GIS应用难以满足当前水利信息化跨平台、轻量级、可扩展和远程应用的需求,而WebGIS技术可以有效应对上述问题,但海量空间数据和有限带宽,使其工程应用受到限制。结合水资源管理中水库、河道等流域重点元素的模拟模式,搭建了客户端轻量级WebGIS平台。研究了流域仿真信息化系统的开发流程,详细分析并阐述了B/S架构体系下WebGIS在流域全场景模拟仿真中的业务应用,为水资源管理的多工况实景模拟提供了解决方案。平台的设计体系在长江三峡梯调中心金沙江下游-三峡梯级电站水资源管理决策支持系统中得到了应用,并取得了较好的仿真集成效果。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid advancement of water conservancy informatization, the theory of digital river basin has received more and more attention, and the design and implementation of river basin simulation platforms have gradually become an important part of it. GIS applications under the traditional C/S architecture are difficult to meet the current cross-platform, lightweight, scalable and remote application needs of water conservancy informatization, while WebGIS technology can effectively deal with the above problems, but massive spatial data and limited bandwidth make it restricted in engineering applications. By adopting a simulation mode of key elements of river basin, such as reservoirs and river channels in water resources management, we build a client-side lightweight WebGIS platform. We study the development ways of river basin simulation information system, and analyze and expound the business application with WebGIS in the whole scene simulation of river basin under the B/S architecture system in detail. Furthermore, we provide a solution for the multi-condition real-time simulation of water resources management. The design system of the platform had applied in the water resources management decision support system for the lower Jinsha River-Three Gorges cascade dispatching of the Yangtze River, and had achieved a good simulation integration effect.
